If you wanna do it with Yahoo, since Yahoo is more on beginners creating website, you would probably have to choose the more expensive packages...





If you wanna program urself, search up stuff about PHP and MySQL and/or ASP.NET..you gotta be good in Logic...if you love to design and do xhtml/css, most of the time, its super hard to learn...so get you a programmer...
