The guy(technical support) said something about like uploading onto the web hosting and like what exactly do i do when i upload them?
How do i upload stuff onto my hosting account for godaddy.com?
You log into your account and open the control panel.
Choose the file manager and there will be an upload option.
Browse to the files on your computer that you want to put on your website and upload them.
