I found no free top level domain. But found free .tk top level URL redirection service. Visit www.dot.tk . Open a free website hosting like www.netfirms.com and then redirect your URL from .tk . For example, I%26#039;ve a personal website www.shovon.netfirms.com . I hosted it free in www.netfirms.com . Then I redirect my URL in www.shovon.tk . If anyone visit www.shovon.tk then it will automatically redirect it to www.shovon.netfirms.com .

Reply:you can sign up with freeweb.com, geocities.com or myspace.com for free hosting but the domain name remains freeweb.com etc..Some sites offer free domain and registration for a minimum fee like 2.99 for one beginner%26#039;s site.
