Trying 2 publish Frontpage 2000 site 2 Yahoo + web site-I have tried all tips but still stuck in sign-in loop

I have Yahoo Plus! (Geocities web hosting) and am trying to use FrontPage2000 to publish my web site. I have tried all the tips in the troubleshooting section (regenerating extensions, deleting all existing files, etc...), but I am still stuck in that blasted sign-in loop. It asks me to sign-in, I sign-in, it asks me to sign-in again, etc...

no ideas, but when all else fails, you could copy and paste the HTML code from Frontpage. Just an idea, there may be another way! :)
