First, if you have a web service running on you LOCAL computer. Shut it down temporarily while your looking at the online on. If simply doing this doesnt help... you may have a hosts file entry that is pointing you to the wrong place (your local machine).

Usually holding down the %26quot;Ctrl%26quot; key while pressing the %26quot;reload%26quot; %26quot;refresh%26quot; or whatever key (depending on browser) will get the cache to be updated.

Did you delete ALL OFFLINE CONTENT in Internet Explorer, while at a page other than the one you%26#039;re trying to view?
Reply:Did you change IP addresses? If you did, you may have to wait for the TTL on the domain name servers to expire so the IPA can be updated.
Reply:When you get the old page, have you tried refreshing it? Some pages don%26#039;t update themselves until you tell them to.
Reply:Well I would look at your code below first. Make sure that you want the title to be welcome to my webpage. This is not good for the search engines.

It sounds to me that you may have uploaded this with a different file name. If your old website was uploaded to the public.html folder the home page should be saved as index.html or maybe flash in your case,

I would create the newwebsite and save with the exact file name as the old one and when you upload it to your server it would overwrite any old files.

I would also keep a backup of my old website files before doing so just in case you want to change anything back to the way it was. when you back it up put in a seperate folder and rename it to something like this index1.html or just use the date such as index10206.html. that is what I do with my old files and I know what they were just by the file name.

I hope I helped.
